Competence usually comes with experience; as a result, the BML Group is one of the best and most reliable casino operators around. CasinoEuro advertises as “Europe’s favourite online casino”. This suggests that it is a high-class casino with luxurious rooms where you can get the best online casino gaming experience. The big question is whether this is just some advert-speak or whether CasinoEuro is actually a high-class casino that delivers top-notch online casino gaming experience.
That is, does it offer a wide variety of high-quality and entertaining online casino games? Does it reward players with a range of attractive bonuses? Does it offer top services that we’ll expect of the ideal online casino (such as easy deposits and withdrawals, fast payouts, effective customer support, etc)? In the first place, is CasinoEuro a legit online casino? That is, can there be winners in the house, and will winners be paid?

This section gives an overview of CasinoEuro. Specifically, it’ll look at the company behind the casino, the casino’s licensing and certification information, and more.
Licensing and Regulation
CasinoEuro is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority and by the Great Britain Gambling Commission. For a casino to be licensed, it must have satisfied certain standards set by the licensing jurisdiction. Thus, Casino Euro scaled such licensing requirements.
Also, it must be said that the Malta Gambling Authority and the Great Britain Gambling Commission are arguably the two most reputable casino regulators. They set very high operator standards that only legit online casinos will meet. Their licensing requirement includes evidence that the casino is financially robust, ensuring that it will not disappear with players’ deposits and that it will not run aground and be unable to pay.
These licensing commissions also regulate the day-to-day operation of the casino to ensure that, after obtaining the operating license, the casino will not turn rogue. There are documented cases where these reputable regulators called defaulting casinos to order, by sanctioning them or forcing them to pay (as necessitated by the case).
Because these regulators are more player-friendly than operator-friendly, they are able to offer a high level of player protection. For example, the many player-casino conflicts that the MGA has mediated have seen a majority of player favourable resolutions.
That said; CasinoEuro is well regulated and is able to offer a high level of player protection.
Certification
Casino Euro is certified by eCOGRA (eCommerce Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance). This is an accredited and industry celebrated casino auditor and certifier. eCOGRA checks casino games to know whether gaming results are random. Thus, the audit seal gives confidence that the casino gives fair gaming. As a result, any online casino with the eCOGRA seal just has to be legit.
Apart from this official certification, Casino euro also enjoys many third-party seals of approval from many casino industry watchdogs such as independent review sites.
Operating Record
The 18+ years of Casino Euro makes for good reading. Players come and go, but over the years, Casino Euro has managed to hold steady 125+ satisfied players. Also, the casino has paid out over €41,653,850 in jackpots to 8,800+ players. Thus, Casino Euro is an online casino that pays out not just the small regular wins but also the big jackpot wins.
Is Casino Euro legit?
We will answer with a resounding yes. CasinoEuro is a legit online casino. With so many scam online casinos on the web, if you do not make sure to enter a legit house, you may be ripped off. However, that cannot happen with Casino Euro as it is a very legit online casino.
Our position about the legitimacy of CasinoEuro is reached from the discussion so far.
- First, the casino is operated by a 100% legal company. The BML is a Maltese company with registration number C-34836. The parent Betsson AB is even a public company that trades in the Stockholm Stock Exchange. CasinoEuro must be legit because a scam online casino will not come from companies with this profile. Also, the sister sites of CasinoEuro are legit; so it is unlikely that only CasinoEuro will take the left turn and step into scam territory.
- Secondly, the casino is licensed by top casino regulators like the Malta Gaming Authority and the Great Britain Gambling Commission. These ensure that it meets high operating standards that include fairness and consistent payment. It is unlikely that an online casino that is not legit will have the license and be under the oversight of reputable casino licensing commissions.
- Thirdly, the casino is certified by eCOGRA, which is one of the industry’s best auditors. It is unlikely that the reputable eCOGRA will back a scam online casino. The eCOGRA seal assures that the casino gaming results are random meaning that you have a chance of winning any bet placed in the casino. Fair gaming is also a testament that the casino is legit because scam houses are often rigged so there are no winners.
- Lastly, the casino has a robust operating record. 125+ satisfied players cannot be wrong. It has also paid out over €41 million in jackpot winnings alone. This is sure-fire proof that CasinoEuro is legit because of only a legit online casino issues payouts. The scams are designed to collect your money and go silent.
Is CasinoEuro safe?
To use this online casino, you’ll have to submit sensitive information that includes your credit card details and your personal information. So you need more than a legit online casino. You also need it to be safe; that is, to securely protect your sensitive data.
Thankfully, CasinoEuro also ticks this box. It is a safe online casino that employs the industry-standard SSL data encryption technology. The technology ensures that data being transmitted between you and the casino foes through a private channel, so no one will intercept it. Also, the high-level encryption ensures that even if intercepted, the data cannot be unscrambled and read. The use of the bank-grade SSL technology gives confidence that Casino Euro is a safe online casino.
Who can play in Casino Euro?
Casino Euro already tells you in the name that it is created for the European market. It even advertises as the best online casino in Europe. True to that it accepts players from many European countries.
According to the casino’s terms, the country restrictions include the following: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, China, Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, Eritrea, Estonia, Ethiopia, France, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Hungary, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Jordan, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Malaysia, Martinique, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Norfolk Island, N. Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Portugal, Qatar, Réunion, Romania, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, Sudan, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, Sweden, Syria, Turkey, Tunisia, UAE, Yemen, United States and its dependencies, military bases and territories (including but not limited to American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, N. Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands).
You’ll find that a few European countries are not accepted in casino. Also, players from the US of A are not accepted.
About CasinoEuro Summary
We’ll rate the “About Casino/ Legality and Safety” section of CasinoEuro 4.5/ 5.
CasinoEuro ticks the legality box. Knowing only that it is operated by the BML Group tells you that it is a legit online casino. However, there is also that it is licensed and well regulated (by the gambling commissions of Malta and Great Britain), that it has official certification (from the reputable eCOGRA), and that it has 18+ years operating record of consistently paying winners. It is also a safe online casino that protects users’ data using the bank-grade 128 bit SSL data encryption.
We didn’t give Casino a perfect rating in this section because of its country restrictions. First, it does not accept US players. Secondly, while it advertises as the best casino in Europe, it does not accept players from some countries considered as European giants.
Game Offering
This section of the review looks at the entertainment offering. Specifically, it’ll examine the quality, and variety of games, the ease of playing games, and more.
Software Providers
CasinoEuro is powered by a variety of software providers. These include NetEnt, Microgaming, Red Tiger, Thunderkick, Quickspin, Quickfire, IGT (WagerWorks), iSoftBet, Leander Games, WMS, Blueprint Gaming, Rabcat, Barcrest, Elk Studios, Novomatic, Nyx Interactive, Play’n GO, Yggdrasil Gaming, Genesis Gaming, and Evolution Gaming.
This list includes some of the best game developers in the industry. Games from these top game studios feature razor-sharp graphics, top-tier sound effect, and other top-quality effects. So you’re sure to find some of the highest quality games in CasinoEuro.
We liked very much that a variety of game providers is featured. The different software providers differentiate their games with “unique features”. Thus, with so many providers in the house, you can have access to a variety of “unique features”. Also, if you are one that has a preferred software provider, you’re likely to find it featured in Casino Euro.
Games Selection
CasinoEuro says that it disagrees that being strapped for choice isn’t necessarily a good thing. As such it provides a humongous amount of games. As of writing, Casino Euro offered over 1,800 games. In terms of a number of games, this easily makes Casino Euro one of the biggest online casinos in the industry. In fact, apart from its sister sites, you won’t find online casinos that come close to the numbers of CasinoEuro.
The variety of games in the casino is also impressive. CasinoEuro says it has a little something for everyone. Thus no matter what you play, you’ll find it in the casino. There are slots, table games, video pokers, specialty games, and live casino games.
Slots
CasinoEuro has the thrilling spinning reels aplenty. In fact, it says that “the sheer amount of [its] online slots might take you aback at first as you ponder which is the perfect game for you”. We counted over 1,700 online slots in the casino’s lobby. Thus, it’s clear that slots are the main game offering.
With the casino games coming from top developers, you’ll find some of the finest slot games around. Whatever slot you like spinning, you’ll find it in Casino Euro. You’ll find scores of 3 reel classics and hundreds of 5 reel video slots with all the cutting-edge features that latest technology has blessed the industry with.
Some of the top slot titles in CasinoEuro are Book of Dead, Starburst, Mustang Gold, Alaskan Fishing, Cashapillar, Game of Thrones, Tarzan, Hitman, Jekyll and Hyde, Jurassic World, Sugar Rush, Ted, Terminator II, Zeus, and more. The slot themes are varied. You’ll find themes that take you to fantasy lands; you’ll find themes that’ll put you at the centre of your favourite sporting events; you’ll find themes that give you a thrilling ride with your favourite movie characters; and more. Whatever your interests are, you’ll find a slot game built with you in mind.
Table Games
CasinoEuro also has about 50 table games, which is one of the strongest collection of table games you’ll find in an online casino. Whatever casino classic you play, you’ll find good options in the house. Fans of blackjack will find about 12 blackjack tables with exciting versions like Double Exposure Blackjack, Face Up Blackjack, and more. Pokers fans will find many exciting tables including all-time favourites like Caribbean Stud Poker, Caribbean Hold ‘Em Poker, and more. Fans of the card games will also find Baccarats.
If you do not fancy the card table games, you can shoot dice at Crap tables. There are also many tables to spin the Roulette wheel. Among the exciting wheels in the house are Alphabet Roulette, Super Wheel, Roulette High Stake, and more.
Video Poker
Casino Euro also has video poker games which blend video slots and the standard five-card Poker games together to give a world of superlative thrills.
The titles you’ll find in the casino include Jacks or Better, Jacks or Better Double Up, Deuces Wild, All Aces Poker, Jackpot Poker, and more.
Specialty Games
There are some online casino games that are not slots, table games or video pokers. Thus, they are given a category of their own which you’ll often find as specialty games, variety games, or other games. The game type usually in this section includes scratch cards and bingos.
Unfortunately, in the game sections of CasinoEuro, we did not find the specialty games category. Interestingly, in its FAQ page, under the Bingo section, Casino Euro says that it currently offers both the 75-ball and 90-ball Bingo variants. That left us wondering why we didn’t find them in the lobby.
Live Dealer Games
CasinoEuro offers numerous live casino games. These games give the real casino experience, as it connects you with real dealers and players. That is, you play with and against other persons as real as you are just as you will in a brick and mortar casino. The games are actually operated in a brick and mortar casino by human dealers, and the live-action comes to you using the latest in video streaming technology. In CasinoEuro, you’ll find different tables to play Live Blackjack, Live Roulette, Live Poker, and more.
Jackpot Games
CasinoEuro has one of the biggest collections of jackpot games of any online casino. You’ll find over 150 jackpot games in the lobby. If you want to shake things up, there’s no better way to than to try for the big wins. The possibility of a big win that jackpots promise (especially the ever-growing amounts of progressives) is one reason casinos are popular because everyone wants to hit it big. Thus, the ideal online casino should hold a lot of jackpot games. With CasinoEuro holding as many jackpot games as total games in some online casinos, it comes out as a very ideal online casino for jackpot chasers.
More so, among its jackpot games are some of the most popular progressives in the industry. These progressives which hold jackpots that cross the €1 million mark include: Mega Moolah, Mega Fortune, Mega Fortune Dreams, Joker Millions, Hall of Gods, Star Spinner, Irish Riches, Major Millions, Wish upon a Leprechaun, Romeo and Juliet, and more. There are dozens of others 5 and 6 figure jackpots.
Apart from the number and the size of the jackpot games, another thing we liked about the jackpot offering of CasinoEuro is that jackpots are attached to different game types. The bulk is attached to slots (as expected), but you’ll also find jackpots on table games, video poker, and live dealer games. Thus, you can play your favourite casino games while chasing big wins.
Casino Versions
Yes, the casino literally floods its lobby with games, but how can these games be accessed and played? CasinoEuro is a no-download casino. This means that there is no casino application to download and install in your device. It is an Instant Play casino. This means that games you play games online directly using web browsers in your device.
This will be good news to Mac and Linux users who would’ve been unable to install casino software in the first place. Instant Play also gives the flexibility of playing casino games from different devices. Since you don’t have casino software on a particular device, you’ll not be limited from playing from a particular device. You only need to grab any device with Flash installed, open a web browser, reach the casino website, log into your account and fire up games.
Mobile Compatibility
You can also access CasinoEuro using your mobile devices. The casino works well on Android and Apple devices. With mobile compatibility, Euro Casino goes with you everywhere. So wherever you may be, whether you are lounging at home, or on the go, you can simply bring out your mobile device for exciting casino gaming sessions.
Practice Play
CasinoEuro also has many of its games available in “Practice Play” mode. This means that you must not stake real money to enjoy the betting experience. If you want to get a hold on games before putting real money on them, you’re at the right hospital. Simply access the games without logging in, and fire on. You’ll be playing with practice credits. Thus, you won’t be taking any hit if you have losses, and you’ll also not be able to withdraw any winnings from using the “Practice mode”.
Game Offering Summary
We’ll rate the “Game Offering” section of Casino Euro 5/ 5.
CasinoEuro uses a variety of gaming providers, which include many of the industry’s best. So it is able to offer quality games. It also offers arguably the highest number of online casino games. Interestingly, its 1800+ games include virtually every game type, so there is something for everyone. More so, it has a large number of jackpot games, so it is a good gaming destination to shoot for the big wins. Lastly, available as an instant play casino, and supporting mobile gaming, gaming flexibility is top-notch – you can play casino games from different devices, and from anywhere and at any time.
Promotions
This section of the review looks at whether CasinoEuro is an online casino that rewards its players with goodies. Specifically, the section will look at the bonuses available, and the kind of conditions that are attached to bonus offers.
Bonuses
Casino Euro says that it gives away bags of free spins and plenty of deposit bonuses to its players starting from the very moment players join. These bonus offers are:
Welcome Bonus:
As a new player in CasinoEuro, the welcome package you get is: 100% bonus up to €300. This means that your first deposit is doubled to a maximum bonus amount of €300.
We like that this is a relatively large bonus – getting €300 free money is nice anytime. We also like that the bonus has a 100% matching of the deposit. Thus, you’ll get maximum bang for your buck. In some casinos, welcome bonuses have low percentages, and getting a particular bonus amount will require depositing more than the amount. However, because of the 100% of the CasinoEuro welcome bonus, to get the full €300 bonus, you’ll need a deposit of €300, not more.
50% Casino Boost:
All players of CasinoEuro can get this casino boost. As its name suggest, the bonus is 50% matching of your deposit, up to a maximum of €250. Thus, to claim its full value, you’ll need a deposit of €500.
It is wonderful that all players get this well-deserved boost. However, we didn’t like that it is a one-time reload bonus. That is, only one bonus can be claimed with this offer.
Win with Finn:
CasinoEuro says that its offers are more than deposit bonuses and free spins. That its promotional prizes include: cash prizes; latest technical gadgets like speakers, headphones, and smartphones; luxury cars; trips abroad all over the world; and tickets to the most exclusive sporting, music, and cultural events.
The Win with Finn offer is one such promotion, as the ultimate prize is a trip to London to see a “most awaited football match”. All you need do is play any of the selected slot games, and be the one that has the number 2 million spin. You don’t have to spin 2 million rounds; you just need to be one that gets the number 2 million spin.
However, that does not mean you should sit idly and wait until the spins build up. This is because there are many sweet extras on the way. First, you get 10 free spins (on one of the selected games) for every €200 wagered; and you can claim your spins up to 3 times every day. That’s 30 free spins per day. Also, you can win cash prizes and exotic trips by reaching different milestones along the way.
Blackjack 777 Promo
This promo was on Live Blackjack games. It was very good to see because many casinos do not even have live-action games, but CasinoEuro not only offers tons of live-action games but spice up the action with a promo on one of its live games.
Simply play €5 or more at one of the Exclusive Evolution Blackjack tables. If you win with any 777 combinations, you’ll get two times the winning bet placed up to €100 in cash. That the prize is paid out as cash means that wagering requirements do not apply to it; it goes straight to your cash account.
However, if you win with a suited 777, you’ll win the ultimate prize, which is a travel package for two at one of the best football events.
Magic Raffle
The month of writing the review, there was a magic raffle promotion on. The prize pool was a massive €250,000, and it was paid out in four weekly draws. You get an entry into the draw with every €20 wagered on qualifying games. You can get as many entries as you can.
What we liked most about the promo is that each weekly draw rewarded many players. For example, one of the draws rewarded 1837 players. With more persons getting some cash rewards, there are more chances of being among the winners. This is unlike promos where only 3 (or 10 persons at most) are rewarded.
Battle for Cash Promo
This was another weekly promo ongoing at the time of writing, but unlike the “magic raffle promo” mentioned above which was for only the 4 weeks in the month of writing, this “Battle for Cash” promo was to run weekly for 6 months. Each week, a share of €30,000 was up for grabs. You only need to rank among the top 350 highest coin win on a single spin of any of the selected games. The 350 winners are paid on a sliding scale from €20 for the last-placed player to €5,000 for the first placed player. Once again, with rewards available for so many players (350 in this case) you are more likely to be among the winners.
In addition to this tourney prize, there is the extra package called the “daily cash drops”. Every day a total of €4,643 in cash prizes is up for grabs. Cash prizes will fall on random spins. There will be 80 cash drops every day, with each prize ranging from €20 to €1,000. The more you play on any day, the more likely you are to catch a cash drop. Interestingly, you are allowed to win more than one cash prize from the cash drops.
Bonus Conditions
Sometimes casino bonuses appear attractive until the conditions attached are known. Thus, before jumping at a casino bonus, it’s important to consider the conditions that are attached. Some of the conditions that come with bonus offers of Euro Casino are:
Wagering Requirement:
This is the minimum amount that you must wager after redeeming a bonus before you can make a withdrawal of the bonus amount, the deposit, or any winnings from your plays.
In Euro Casino, unless otherwise stated, bonus money must be wagered 40 times within 5 days of the bonus being credited. Thus, if you claim the full €300 of the welcome bonus, before you can make any withdrawal, you will be required to bet a total amount of €12,000 (which is 40 x €300).
Online casinos have a way of getting at you. The bonus wagering requirement (40x play-through of the bonus amount) is not too high. In fact, in our opinion that is the industry standard. However, the problem is that the wagering requirement must be met within 5 days of the bonus being credited.
Games Contribution to Wagering
The games of Casino Euro contribute to wagering as follows:
- 100% – Slots
- 15% – All Live Casino games (except Dream Catcher which has 50% contribution)
- 10% – All Roulette (except Live), Caribbean Stud & Casino Stud Poker games
- 10% – All Casino Hold’Em, Red Dog, Pai Gow Poker Games, Oasis Poker & Texas Hold’Em Poker Games
- 5% – All Blackjack (except Live Blackjack), Baccarat, Video Poker, Pontoon, Beat Me, Punto Banco Games
This means that a €100 wager on Slots will count as €100 towards meeting play-through requirements; but a €100 wager on roulettes and pokers will count as only €10, while a €100 on blackjack, baccarats and video pokers will count as €5.
Thus, Slots are the games you should be playing if you want to meet play-through requirement fast. It should also be said that the contribution of non-slot games to wagering is relatively low in CasinoEuro than in many other online casinos. For example, while in Casino Euro, pokers have only a 10% contribution to bonus play-through, in many other casinos, they have as much as 50% contribution to bonus play-through. This means that if the same play-through requirement is to be met in Casino Euro and in these other houses, you’ll spend more wagering in Casino Euro to meet play-through.
However, we liked that the live dealer games of CasinoEuro count towards meeting wagering requirement. In many online casinos this is not the case.
Maximum stake allowed when playing with a bonus:
You’ll meet wagering requirement fast if you can place large bets. However, casino set maximum bet amounts when playing with a bonus; and if that maximum amount is exceeded, all winnings will be revoked.
Thus, players will want the maximum stake to be as high as possible. Unfortunately, the maximum stake that CasinoEuro allows when playing with bonuses is relatively low. It is €6 per game round or €0.50 per line. This low max amount means that to meet play-through requirement you’ll have to play relatively many game rounds. This can easily suck the joy and excitement out of casino gaming.
Promotions Summary
We’ll rate the promotions section of Casino Euro 3/ 5.
CasinoEuro has a welcome bonus that is fine (as it is a doubling of your first deposit up to €300). However, there was no reload bonus except the one-time 50% casino boost. Also, we didn’t find a loyalty program. If not finding reload bonuses that’ll make the place exciting for players was surprising, it was even more surprising that there was no loyalty program to reward players who loyally stick to the casino. The somewhat good rating of the promotion section is because CasinoEuro featured a lot of promotions.
The bonus conditions are also not the best. Though the 40x wagering requirement of the welcome bonus is just okay, it comes with a sharp time constraint, as the bonus must be rolled over within 5 days. Also, the maximum stake allowed when using bonuses is relatively low, and many of the casino games have a low contribution to bonus play-through.
Banking
This section examines what you may expect to face when making deposit or withdrawals in CasinoEuro. You’ll have to deposit money into your casino account before you can play real money games for the chance to win casino prizes. Also, if you have winnings, you’ll like to get them out.
Deposits
Deposit Options
Casino Euro supports a good number of deposit options. These include many generic as well as location-specific options, so you won’t having a problem with finding a deposit option to conveniently use when wanting to fund your account.
The actual number of options that will be available to you will depend on your country. The most common methods are:
- Credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
- Skrill/ Moneybookers and Neteller
- Entropay
- Paysafecard
- Bank Transfer
- Instant Bank Transfer
- Sofort (only available for Germany)
- Paypal (only available for the UK and Ireland)
- Trustly (only available for the UK, Poland, Sweden and Finland)
Depending on your country, you may also find ClickandBuy, EcoPayz, Maestro, Speedcard, Ukash, Visa Electron, and Ticket Premium. While the options supported will definitely satisfy players, we didn’t like that Bitcoins are not supported. This is because the cryptos have become the fastest online payment option.
Deposit Limits:
CasinoEuro has very friendly deposit limits. The minimum deposit limit is only €10. You’ll want the minimum deposit amount low. Thankfully, the minimum deposit amount of CasinoEuro is one of the lowest you’ll find industry-wide. Thus, the casino makes a fine destination for even players with low budgets.
The maximum deposit limit varies depending on the chosen deposit method, but (just as players will want them) they are all relatively high. For example, with the ewallet options, you can deposit up to €4,500; and with the credit card options, you can deposit up to €10,000. These are also some of the highest maximum deposit amounts you’ll find – many casinos cap deposits at €1,000 or €2,000. Thus, CasinoEuro makes a fine destination for high rollers.
Transaction Speed
With virtually all the deposit options of CasinoEuro, you’ll enjoy instant processing of transaction. This means that deposited funds will immediately appear in your casino account.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal Options
When it is time to request payment form CasinoEuro, you’ll also find more than enough withdrawal options. The most popular payment options for withdrawing winnings from CasinoEuro are:
- Bank Wire Transfer
- Neteller and Skrill
- Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
- Entropay
- Paypal (only available for the UK and Ireland)
- Trustly (only available for the UK, Poland, Sweden and Finland)
Depending on your country, you may also find ClickandBuy, ECO Card, and Visa Electron. There’s no doubt that these supported options will satisfy all members of the casino. However, we didn’t like that the withdrawal page of Casino Euro also does not have bitcoin or any of its crypto relatives.
Withdrawal Options
CasinoEuro also has very good withdrawal limits. How long will you want to be playing in an online casino before you can make withdrawals? Definitely not long. For it to be so, the minimum withdrawal amount should be as low as possible. Thankfully, it is that low in CasinoEuro. You can withdraw from Casino Euro once you have a minimum of €20. This is one of the lowest you’ll find industry-wide.
The maximum withdrawal limit depends on the withdrawal option used, but they are all high (just as players will want them). With many of the withdrawal methods, you can withdraw up to €50,000 at a go. Know that many online casinos cap withdrawal transactions at €4,000 and €5,000; there are even some whose caps are at €2,000 and €2,500.
In such online casinos, withdrawing a large balance will take a long time and many individual withdrawal transactions. However, with the €50,000 maximum withdrawal amount of CasinoEuro, withdrawing a large balance will take a few individual transactions.
Payout Time
After submitting a withdrawal request, how long will you want it to take before you receive the payment? There’s no question that you’ll want the payment to come fast (instantly if possible). Thus, it may not be enough that a legit online casino pays; it should also offer fast payment.
Thankfully, CasinoEuro is able to offer fast payouts. This is powered by a relatively fast payment processing time of 24 hours. That is, in CasinoEuro, withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. Anyone that follows the online casino industry will tell you that this is the fastest withdrawal processing time out there.
After payments are processed, they are issued out, and how long it’ll take to be received will depend on the selected withdrawal method. If you use the ewallet options, payment will be immediately received upon being issued; but if you use credit card options or the bank transfer services, it will take 2 – 5 business days to receive the payment after it is issued. These are also relatively fast times. Thus, CasinoEuro is able to offer fast payouts.
Banking Summary
We’ll rate the Banking section of Casino Euro 4.5/ 5.
CasinoEuro offers easy deposit and withdrawal processes powered by a good number of banking options. The casino’s banking limits are also some of the best. Just as you’ll want it, the minimum limits are low – with only €10 in your hand you can make a deposit and enjoy the casino’s gaming provisions; and with only €20 in your account, you can request payment.
Also, just as you’ll want it, the maximum limits are high – if you’re a high roller, you can deposit as much as €4,500 and €10,000 at once with ewallets and credit cards respectively; also if you have a large win, you can withdraw as much as €50,000 at once.
More importantly, transactions are fast. Deposits are instantly processed, and withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Thus, CasinoEuro gives offers payouts. We didn’t give the banking section a perfect rating only because it did not feature any cryptocurrency option.
Customer Support Service
Our reviews of online casinos always include an examination of customer support service. This is because inevitably some players will have questions or issues; and when that is the case, they’ll need assistance.
Thankfully, CasinoEuro has a very sound support service. It starts with the help centre on the casino’s website. This is a self-help service for those that’ll want to find answers themselves. The Help Center holds concise answers to many questions. To aid navigation it is sectionalized; having sections that include: Most popular FAQs, Data Privacy & GDPR, Registration and Login, Accounts and Verification, Payments, Casino, General Technical Queries, and more. The Help Center is very detailed and gives in-depth explanations of how every facet of the online casino works. Thus, we recommend that it should be the first place to check if you have questions.
However, if you want assistance directly from a support agent, you can contact the CasinoEuro Support via:
- Live Chat
- Request Call Back
Email Service
You can use the service by sending an email to: support-en@casinoeuro.com. Interestingly, the email service has one of the fastest response times in the industry. The typical response time is 30 – 60 minutes.
Live Chat
You can use the service by simply clicking the Live Chat link from the Support pages of the website. The service is available round the clock, so you can get help at any time. Also, you’ll always find agents online, so you’ll be connected to an agent immediately or within a minute. After getting connected, feedback is instant, with the typical response time being 5 seconds.
Request Call Back
You can use the service by simply clicking on the link in the Support pages of the website. It is a reverse telephone service; so instead of calling, you’ll be required to drop your telephone number, and a support agent of the casino will call you back. Interestingly, the response time is also great. CasinoEuro typically calls back in 15 – 60 minutes.
Support Service Summary
We’ll rate the “Support Service” section of Casino Euro 5/ 5.
CasinoEuro has a support service that you’ll really appreciate when you have questions or issues. First, there is a detailed FAQ where you’ll find answers to most questions. Also, it supports the full gamut of direct contact support – email, live chat, and telephone (albeit a request call back service). More importantly, the service is available round the clock, and response time is fast. So if you need to chat with a support agent, you can reach out at anytime of the day and any day of year; also when you submit an email or a call back request, you won’t too long to get a response or the call.

Conclusions
CasinoEuro is a legit online casino that offers luxurious online casino games and luxurious online casino services for a really great online casino gaming experience. As the general ratings above show, it lives up to this on many fronts.
Starting off, it is a very legit online casino. It is licensed and regulated by reputable jurisdictions like Malta and Great Britain, it has official certification from the reputable eCOGRA, and it has an 18 year record of consistently paying winners. It also keep users’ data safe using the high level SSL technology.
It does have a luxurious game offering. Its 1,800+ games collection is the biggest you’ll find around, and the variety ensures that every gaming preference is catered for. Games come from top developers ensuring that they are of the highest quality. Also, you can play from anywhere via in-browser play and mobile gaming.
The bonus offering is quite weak. While the welcome bonus (100% up to €300) is relatively fine, reload bonuses are limited, and there is no loyalty program. Thankfully, there are many tournaments with sweet prizes. Bonus conditions also do not do the section any favors – the contribution of non-slot games to play-through is relatively low, and the max bet amount when using bonuses is relatively low.
CasinoEuro does offer luxurious services. Deposit and withdrawals are easy and fast; and banking limits are very player friendly. Lastly, customer support service is excellent, staring from the very detailed self-help section to the 24/ 7 and very responsive contact-support options (email, live chat, and request call back)
